Work
Your
operator simply places the dirty parts (up to 150 pounds) in the
machine, flips a lever and then goes back to his job. Just as in
your clothes washing machine, mechanical agitation takes over. The
dirty parts are vigorously agitated up and down in a cleaning solution
140 times each minute. Both the cleaning solution and work are in
motion, shearing the dirt from the parts more efficiently than any
other cleaning method.
Operating
Simplicity
Just
hook up to an air supply and the machine is ready for work. Load
the parts at waist level. Flick the lever with your finger. See
the platform raise and lower in the cleaning solution 140 times
each minute as it scrubs your work clean. Return at your convenience
for unloading the finished work. Just flick the lever and the basket
is at waist level ... no hoists, no fuss, provides effortless cleaning.
